01 · The short version

These terms cover your use of wearunprofitable.com and anything you buy from us. Use the site or join the drop list, and you agree to them. If you don’t agree, that’s fine. Don’t use the site.

02 · Who we are

UNPROFITABLE is a streetwear and community brand. We make and sell clothing. We’re not a financial service, a trading room, or an advisor. The disclaimer spells out exactly what that means.

03 · The drop list

Joining the drop list means we can email you about Drop 001 and future releases. It is not an order and it does not reserve product or a price. You can leave anytime from any email. How we handle your address is in the privacy policy.

04 · Products, drops & availability

Drop 001 is a limited run. Quantities are finite and a restock is not guaranteed. Review the product details and size guide before ordering. Colors can appear different on different screens.

05 · Orders & pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including if an item sells out or a price is listed incorrectly. The prices and details shown when you order govern the order. We may correct obvious errors and cancel and refund an affected order. See our shipping and returns policies for delivery, returns and exchanges.

06 · Our brand & content

The UNPROFITABLE name, marks, designs, product graphics, photography, and copy are ours. Buy a piece and you own the garment. You don’t own the right to reproduce it, resell it as ours, or use our brand and creative for your own commercial work without permission.

07 · Acceptable use

Use the site normally and in good faith. Don’t try to break it, scrape it, resell access to it, impersonate us, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend access that abuses the site or other people.

08 · Liability & governing law

We provide the site and products “as is” and, to the extent the law allows, aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
